We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Get Processed
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or store credit will be issued within 6-10 business days.
